About the Service

Total Football Recall ("the Service") is a free daily Scottish football trivia game. By using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Accounts

  • You must provide a valid email address to create an account
  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure
  • One account per person — duplicate accounts may be removed
  • You must be at least 13 years old to create an account

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to play the game or submit answers
  • Attempt to manipulate scores, leaderboards, or game outcomes
  • Choose display names or league names that are offensive, discriminatory, or impersonate others
  • Harass, abuse, or threaten other users
  • Attempt to access other users' accounts or private data
  • Exploit bugs or vulnerabilities — please report them to us instead
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose

Content & Intellectual Property

  • The Total Football Recall name, design, and game mechanics are our intellectual property
  • Player statistics are sourced from third-party data providers and are factual in nature
  • You retain no ownership over display names, league names, or scores submitted to the Service

Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently delete any account that violates these terms, without prior notice. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Use of offensive or inappropriate display names
  • Cheating or score manipulation
  • Abusive behaviour towards other users
  • Any activity that disrupts the Service

Availability & Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

  • Uninterrupted or error-free access to the Service
  • Accuracy of player statistics or game data
  • Preservation of scores or league data in the event of technical failure

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without liability.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Total Football Recall and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Scotland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
